Paul has more than 30 years of Property Management, Sales and Project Management experience from a broad range of industries including Commercial Property, Sports and Pharmaceuticals.

He holds a Bachelor of Business (Edith Cowan University), has a deep understanding of commercial property and a unique eye for opportunities to add value and minimise expenses. His even handed approach sees him enjoy strong landlord / tenant engagement and he gains great satisfaction from achieving positive outcomes for all parties.

With many years experience as a player, coach and football analyst, Paul is also associated with the Old Geelong Grammar Football Club.
