Client Testimonial:

“David Ryan at GormanKelly has been our managing agent for a few years, and we continue to be impressed by his excellent service. David has a comprehensive understanding of the Victorian commercial property industry as well as the relevant retail leasing laws. He adopts a proactive rather than reactive approach in managing, and this ensures that all processes are seamless. He is prompt and thorough in responding to all queries and issues, and is also a skilled negotiator when elements of the lease transaction require it. We highly recommend David and his team at GormanKelly.” K Cheng
