We recently leased 1339-1347 High Street, Malvern to Figurehead Construction on a short term agreement – they will be using the property for their site office and storage, while they develop a project on the adjoining site.
Figurehead are a Melbourne based construction firm, that specialise in commercial, industrial and residential projects.
The property which comprises a prominent showroom of 690sqm, with at grade and roof top parking, is located on 1,200sqm land which was previously home to the House of Golf.
We received over 63 responses to our marketing initiatives during the course of the campaign and strong interest from various users including several National retailers and boutique supermarkets, however the intention was to find a short term user, so as not to encumber the under lying land value of this magnificent site.
Upon successfully leasing 1339-1347 High Street, we ultimately secured a buyer for the property being a local developer, no doubt with intentions to design a building which will do justice to this prime High Street location.
We now have a number of unsatisfied leasing requirements for anywhere from 400sqm – 1,000sqm in the Malvern area.
