Kristy is a detailed-focused, proactive and dedicated Property Management professional. She brings with her an impeccable 14 year track record in the real estate industry across Australia and the UK. Her investor mindset and commitment to delivering unparalleled customer service has seen her successfully navigate significant portfolios for Barclays Bank (UK), CBRE (AU), Wesfarmers, Australia Post and for the Department of Treasury and Finance with clients such as DHHS, DEET & DELWP.

Kristy’s reputation for developing and maintaining strong client relationships has been achieved though her integrity and open approach. Her strong communication skills are an asset to the team and clients alike. Guiding clients through high-stakes negotiations with care is Kristy’s forte. Having fruitfully negotiating high level lease renewals and surrenders on behalf of major corporations, private investors and government bodies. Her client-first approach always shines through.
