GormanKelly has sold 4-16 Victoria Road Hawthorn East after a very competitive Expressions of Interest campaign.
Victoria Road comprised two adjoining warehouses on a single Commercial 1 zoned site, with an 8 metre height restriction.
The property was leased to long term occupant A&F Driveshafts on a 2 year lease with no options and was returning $60,000 per annum.
The campaign attracted interest from smaller developers and owner occupiers, but it was ultimately sold to a local builder that intends to see out the lease and develop their own offices.
