The 13,560sqm property at 9 Kimpton Way in Altona has been home to a division of the Peter Stevens Group for 7 years which has moved to a nearby larger premises. Brand Developers have taken up the balance of the 10 year Lease.
The deal provided a pleasing outcome for all concerned with the owner, Growthpoint, able to secure its income for the balance of the current Lease term and hopefully beyond with no downtime.
